You kind of get used to it, but it always sucks. I don't go outside if I don't have to during the middle of the day, but we spent a good four hours out in the desert shooting on Friday. Just bring water and you'll be fine.

I can only imagine the heat in those places...

Ireland doesn't get that hot at all (doesn't get that cold either really) but when I was in Pittsburgh last August I was dying... Literally dripping sweat sometimes...

I don't handle the heat well anyway though. I'm always warm, even when people are complaining about being cold.

I'm usually wearing a compression shirt or wife beater underneath my shirt so it helps cool me off.

Most I'm in the sun is like hour or two everyday, so yeah lol

I wondered this, but have seen it regularly. I stay in shorts and a tank top as much as possible.

When I was younger (before I moved here permanently), I lived with my brother for a summer and worked as a laborer for the construction company he works at. All of the other laborers were hispanic that wore big hats with neck shrouds, long sleeve shirts and a tshirt underneath, and jeans. I thought they were crazy, but I never actually tried layering up in the 115-120 degree weather.
