Interesting. I go 3 days a week with a day of rest in between. I DEFINATELY give it my all although I'm at the early stages of 5x5.

What if your current routine isnt ideal at the moment?

I like Canditos but I'm struggling to add weight each week so I might go back to SS or try Stronglifts
