thats pretty good around 6.5 lbs lost each month

but im sure it started to slow down as u got leaner

now prob gonna be harder to lose weight due to being leaner. but can still happen, ofc u dont want to rush it too much. just keep at it, seems to be working really well.

It's been pretty consistent I'd say. Even now I'm still losing weight easily IMO.
I want to get to that "maintenance weight" by the end of the summer so that I can up my calories and just lift.

Thank you :)

I also liked reading them while I was going to 200.

Now I'm kind of my own story, not quite there yet though :P

Fucking awesome man. Congratulations on being one of the declining number of people with the will power to make a positive change in their life. I was a fat fuck about 3 years ago. There is no better feeling than when you get your first taste of self confidence.

Stick around man. Take some tips from the knowledgeable people here and you could end up a swole mofo.

Srs question, it appears you had some tit sagging going on in the 300 lbs pic. Has your skin tightened up in the pec/lower belly region or do you still have alot? If so, any plans to get surgery? This always interests me in these kinds of stories. Some people like to keep the loose skin as literally a battle scar to remind them where they've come from. Others like to get rid of it to "rid themselves of the past."

I'll answer any serious questions regarding the journey or weight loss.

My moobs are tightening well actually... I changed up my chest workout and I'm seeing RESULTS the past month when it comes to them. I'm going to start hitting Decline and straight bench more now (press and flys dumbbells) because lately I've been focusing on Incline and Straight with some cable work.

From what I see regarding my chest:

From the nipple up is actually solid hard pecs. I can actually move them. My sternum pops out in the center and on the side of chest and you can see my ribs from the side. The lower part is what I need to work on now as I can cuff them a little and move them up. So changing up my chest workout once again should fix it. From what I see, it looks like I have like pecs (square, muscle especially when I tighten up my chest muscle) above my nipple with just some lose boob skin that needs to be worked into aka tightened up below the nipple.

Currently if I suck in, my chest pops out the furthest, then it curves inwards a lot in the center of my stomach below the cage, then the bottom part of belly is out which I think is lose skin and hoping doing abs all summer will fix up the area.

I have no plans on surgery. I think after the summer I'll see a huge difference losing the more weight and working on my abdominal area every other day should tighten and bring everything together because during my journey I NEVER worked out my abs. When I used to do Abs I would be IN THE MOST PAIN EVER for DAYS afterwards. Now that I lost all that weight, it doesn't hurt as much doing a solid 30 minute ab workout.

Glad I'm able to help motivate you, these motivated me because it shows that you can really can do it.

I'm staying confident that I can just tighten and grow into any lose skin. By the end of the summer I'll have better view of my body and how much lose skin I truly have.
