My squat is crucial.. it's by far my weakest lift.
My post spinal surgery recovery was 13 months of laying on my stomach in bed, for 20+ hours a day. Lost all kinds of muscle mass and it was even hard to walk for more than 10 minutes once I was in the final stages of recovery.
Used to take me 10 minutes to just get up a flight of stairs in my house. Now I run a 5k weekly with my buddy and lift 6 days a week.
