I love how you troll my thread and try to give me advice when you are way weaker than me.
You were saying how my super setting 10x10 was bad.... well guess what, maybe you should try it...
i ilift 40 lbs heavier than when i started and can bench 205x10 as a workout..

My squat is crucial.. it's by far my weakest lift.

My post spinal surgery recovery was 13 months of laying on my stomach in bed, for 20+ hours a day. Lost all kinds of muscle mass and it was even hard to walk for more than 10 minutes once I was in the final stages of recovery.

Used to take me 10 minutes to just get up a flight of stairs in my house. Now I run a 5k weekly with my buddy and lift 6 days a week.

I know what I've been through, I know where I am in my life, and no matter what you say I'll keep pushing forward. So bring it on beta's.

@redslayer specifically.. stick with your anabolics and your "1 month of lifting expertise" brah.. it'll take you places.


Now.. Starting next Monday, the 12th, I'll be doing the Candito 6 week cycle. Pretty excited!

If lifting more is the only criteria for being an expert. I must be a fucking PhD, MD, JD rocket professor compared to your weak 205 bench for 10.

That building behind you reminds me of Hollister. Used to get paid 12.50$/hr working there. Stole more clothes then I could remember. Ended up using a lot of those shirts to wipe my floors cause I had so many of the same ones.(they were old though) Used to wipe my cum with them as well. Like when I get it on the carpet and stuff

It is Hollister. Used to manage a kiosk store in front of Hollister. That entire wing of the mall smelled terrible from Hollister. I used to get headaches from it.
