The bench and DL weren't hard for me, and I should be a lot stronger then.
That would let me do something like
132.5/140/15 or 147.5
97.5/102.5/105 or 107.5
195/205/215 or 217.5
Most of time want to crush your openers. If you miss and bomb on squat you're not allowed to bench and deadlift. Also, the more energy you spend on the first 2 attempts, the less you have for your final and most important lift.
That being said everyone plan differently and you have to find out the way you like the most.
