Probably one of my favorite chicken meals i've made this year. Random beer marinade recipe I threw together, ended up gfg. Should last a few days. Out of carbs, so none this meal.


Highly recommend giving this shit a try. Haven't had chicken this good in a very long time. Pasta is roomate's rice-a-roni trollin lol
4ish pounds of chicken, trimmed and cut.
Throw it into big bowl with.
1x can of redd's hard cider
2x tablespoons of garlic powder
Very generous amount of salt (needed to counteract the sweetness from the cider)
tablespoon of red pepper flakes
some cracked pepper (didn't use much)
2 tablespoons of siracha
1/4 cup garlic and herb mix seasoning
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
I set it in the fridge for an hour, cook it up on the flat top.
