180/100/230 in kg's or 397/220/507 in lbs. Done at around 86-87kg /190-192lbs bw

As of now my total is bit lower since I am have just been able to squat again properly after a ankle injury and I had a massive sickperiod at the start of the year (lost 8kg/17lbs).
