giving some of the floor for once.
instead of a Q&A, doing a Q&(ess)A(y)

post a question you'd like a broad clarification on, and I'll take the time in the following week to articulate a proper response that will go on my page.
i'll do this for as many questions posted as i see fit. if i already wrote something, i'll just link it to u.

cheers

Actually, I was interested in anything you already had written on those topics (without regards to a specific q; just to increase my own knowledge)?

But actually, something I've been curious about is:

How can I efficiently increase my athletic performance (power/strength) while, at the same time, building muscle size? I know there are programs and target rep ranges that can optimize progress in each, but is there any merit or benefit to incorporating different styles of training within a single training session?

And, I enjoy high frequency, low volume training.. You know my current split, I'm sure, but it is set up so I hit each muscle 3 times per week.

So I guess this q is more personalized, but I would like to gain knowledge on how to design a program that serves my purpose effectively (physique/strength development) and also my psychological needs (love of training).

Any depth on these topics would be much appreciated.

P.S.

Loving the FB page, the graphs and articulate manner in which you explain these topics is super helpful. Thanks bro!

Ehhh scientists do not know how form evolves. Scientists understand micro evolution but do not know how macro evolution occurs. See books, Darwin's blackbox, dDarwin's doubt, and the utter and complete lack of scientific literature relating how evolutionary processes can account for new body morphology and form. This is one example when the perpetuation of something as fact has caused everyone to believe its true. (you also)

Anyone can come up with one legitimate piece of scientific literature accounting for macroevolution that hasn't been disproved by other scientists and I'll leave this forum forever

Lol. I went to a christian school for all of my years in school and am very heavily a creationist...I just don't want to hear some ridiculous argument.

Nice try though.
