Find a post from 5+ years ago on the subject of how many reps to do when you are cutting and 99.9% of the people will say 10+.

It doesnt even matter how many reps u do if u arent worried about losing muscle in all actuality.


And anways yes i set him up with my post in his thread just to see what he would say which i was sure would be nonscientific but can still work.

you act like our understanding of the human body has been revolutionized in the last few years. 10+ reps per set has always produced a lot of lactate and chewed through glycogen in high volume workouts, its not a good idea to try to combine that rep scheme with a low carb diet where you cant recover energy stores quick enough for the next bout of training
