Warmup and stretch
WOD Did Jackie for the first time. It's a quick cardio sprint. Rough workout if you wanna have a low time.
1000m row, 50 45lb thrusters, 30 pullups for time. Got 9:08. Disappointed but my quads were fucking owned after the row.
Couple minutes after me and my coach didDeath by Snatches.
2 snatches on the minute, every minute increasing by 2 until you can't do anymore.
Only used 95lbs on the snatches. Got up to 6 rounds. Couldn't finish the 12 before the minute expired to go onto 14. Sucky stuff.
Yup. Only done fran once, but my time was 8:00. I'm redoing it on thursday though, hoping to get sub 6 minutes at least.
I've done annie, angie, linda (That's a rough one) anddddd a couple more i can't remember. Jackie sucked today

My crossfit today was a killer, we found out our 1RM for back squats, i maxed out at 295LBS with perfect form and dug just below 90 degrees in the knees.
than we did a ladder every minute on the minute
Back Squats
1st min 1 rep
2nd min 2 reps
3rd min 3 reps
ECT ECT ECT to 12 mins/12reps
I used 155lbs for that
finished off with 3 sets of 500M rows for time, did 2 minutes +/- 3 seconds for each set.

now to walk around like i got fucked in the ass
