Consider working harder and cardio rather than strict dietary restrictions... :)

Rice, potatoes, yams, spinach, aspragus, avocados, bananas (lots)

Running to the market to buy these soon. Will post results, and update any dietary changes as they come.

- 186lbs, 15% BF (Probably more) and eating 1900kcal.
- Feeling the need to spread overall intake throughout the day.
- Using the words "Fairly large" and "About" when asked to quantify specific numeric input.
- Not a single mention of anchoring or anything remote to it.
- Listening to Raynor.

Just some of the problems with your progression.

- I got measured at 15% by a couple of personal trainers, and I never actually followed up on this diet. I simply posted it for criticism.
- Obviously you have a substantially better understanding of this field than I do, so please do enlighten me as to why and when it is most efficient to consume your calories.
- I used subjective wording because it's difficult to explain the size of a tortilla on the internet. It was a wheat tortilla (70g), Calories: 210, Fat: 4.5g, Carbs: 36g, Protein: 6g. The walnuts were exactly 100 calories worth.
- If you could please go into more depth as to what anchoring is?
- I never went to Raynor for any advice when I wrote the above diet.

Prior to creating this thread, it was my understanding that there should be a reduction in carbohydrate intake when leaning down. I know that i'm wrong now, but that was the point of this thread.

This is the kinda thing that makes me sad :( people thinking they need to eat less fruits and veggies in any situation is just awful.

But props. Hope you add a lot of em and are successful etc.
