most importantly, get blood tests done on your estrogen, pro-lactin and testosterone levels (among others). get that shit figured out first.
I don't think thats really necessary, obviously the doctor didn't give him any drugs for a 'pct' of sorts, and its been ~6 years since he's come off, so he has most likely rebounded, for the most part. Test levels could be fucked, but I doubt it in all honesty, I doubt he was on enough to mess with his natty test too much.
Only reason I'd get a blood panel would be to check your lipids / estrogen, but I'm sure it would come back normal, maybe slightly high estro naturally.

This, very possibly.
I think OP has a few options:
#1: See a different doctor. Someone who will actually give two shits and doesn't just go "wait a few years and see what happens".
#2: Wait a few years and see what happens. See a doctor about what you can do to improve the situation (prescription, nutrition plan, and work out). You're what... 15 or so? You still have growth spurt room, so things could change.
#3: Surgery. And explore the option of suing the doctor (I have no idea of the situation and whether or not he could be responsible for anything) so you can fund the surgery.
Waiting won't do shit for the OP, he has gyno, he cannot get rid of it with anything other than surgery, letro may shrink it, but he will still have a nice sized ball behind his nipple.
I'd give thought to suing the doctor for malpractice possibly, but I think the best you'll get is his insurance will cover the costs of the surgery.
