what happens is when you "think" you have pain in your chest its either you just did a hard workout and your chest is sore *most likely* but the other thing is when anxiety happens everything goes to your chest to protect it like bloodflow etc. its a signal your body gives thats something happened or is about to happen and it wants to protect itself.
in all honesty i went through the same thing and it was nothing.
