GM food is much different then GMO food. i do want to avoid soy and corn though since most is GMO.

what are the best types of cheese to eat exactly? i used to eat american and mozzarella but i cut that out the only dairy i have is like half a cup of milk when i occasionally have protein shakes.

I eat goat cheese, feta, brie, parm, asiago, romano, camembert(sheep),cottage, cream(light with bagels), havarti, fresh mozz and munster and pair them with red wine as red wine is loaded in tryptophan and the cheeses have lysine.

It's complete when paired with pita bread. Chicapeas are complete BUT if you pair them with wheat the wheat also becomes complete added much more complete protein than hummus alone.

Deluse(it's seaweed) - 25% protein and it's got iodine. It's heavy flavored though. Most seaweeds are complete.

I like local farms and small brands so nothing big name. Read the labels and ask the hippies at the counter. They tend to know what is legit.

I like:

Frontier Brand
Stony Field Farms are highly reputable.

Otherwise, you really gotta read the ingredient list. If it sounds funky, avoid it. It's not easy to find reputable brands, so i grow my own, I find hunters to source meat from, and go to local farms for my eggs. Fucking chickens are running around pecking at your feet and shit.

I even forage the woods for food sources like fungus and berries. I found some of these(chanterrellee):

Not sure. Depends on where it's sourced.

South america is reputable.

I would read where they source it, if it's from the USA< call the farm.

I honestly have no idea how someone on a vegan diet could possibly intake enough Calories in a day. Or even enough food to feel full.
