Post someone else's work.

Don't give credit to their work.

probably not a substantial lift to be worrying about when use strength progression.
flat, incline are more suitable.

probably because, not everyone fits a horizontal bench press machine equally and perfectly.

Horizontal = flat...right? Did the author mean vertical? Or just not to use a horizontal/flat machine? Sorry, i'm quite confused.

read the whole thing
copy pasted it word for word from the pdf file.
not posting cliffs for lazy people.

@the1337

horizontal bench press, as in the weight is moving horizontal, rather than vertical

dante's quotes are worth reading
they make the difference specially in the first few mistakes.

but yeah, cliff notes.

i read a good deal of it, however i began to scan it. i have this habit of not believing people who are too nice when they write. i can't help but feel they are trying to convince me of something, rather than just giving an opinion and letting the reader decide on their own. that and he tries, rather vehemently i might add, to convince the reader he has not ulterior motive. as a manipulator myself, things like that really strike a chord.

publicity is often a better asset than money

i'm not saying what he has to say isn't golden, most of these rules i've been following for some time

we just seem to see the worst in others, especially when it's a trait we're familiar with
