too much bacteria in unpasteurized milk for our now overly-sensitive immune systems to handle. theres nothing wrong with milk, at least here in canada. lots of vitamins, minerals, good macro's (obviously unless you're lactose). and vit D actually increases calcium absorption so i dont know where you're getting that bullshit. compounds (certain phytates and oxalates) in leafy greens like broccoli and spinach actually make the bioavailable amounts of calcium in those vegetables almost negligible. milk is by far the best source of calcium we have.
