so today i picked up

cherrios
almonds
cottage cheese
oatmeal
whole milk
pineapple
bananas
yogurt
avocados
fish oil
oj
eggs
tuna

Basic video's of stuff i do at home till i get a gym membership

you dont need to eat clean, thats going to be really hard for you to gain weight

If your going to eat clean prepare to force feed like no other . To the point of puking and then eat another plate
