If you want constructive advice, I would give her something less "in your face". Yes, as a guy it feels good to buy the biggest and most expensive thing for your girl, but that's not always the best decision.

The things that mean the most to us are the things we use on a daily basis, and I highly doubt anyone would wear anything in this thread on a daily basis, no offense intended (the key is the best thing posted thus far, but still too large/flashy).

Try a necklace with a single diamond stud or maybe a silver necklace with her first initial hanging (don't combine the two).
