you're the most stuck up little faggot, I'm sorry.. but you've got people here who have been training for years that are trying to give you advice and you're just shutting them down :p it's funny.

work your abs like your do any other muscle...


full range of movement... slow controlled pace ...... lift heavy ass wieght

why you do dumbells and barbell flat + incline on the same day


do 2 workout with db's after switch for barbells
