hell yeah.. here soon when i start on a strength routine.. probably your singles one for sure i'll incorporate some of this stuff in there as well

what day would you do the farmers walks btw, back or legs?

silly question but should i do 1RM for bent over rows? don't have a belt to tie weight to me for pull ups/chins.

Hmm always wanted to try the farmer's walk.

Also Burns, our gym has plenty of these aerobic rooms and stuff (like 5-6 of them, all of them are HUGE) so its practically 30+metres across... So when no ones in them, what do you think about me + friend racing in the room, with I don't know... 30kg dumbells in each hand?

The heaviest dumbells I use are the 40kg ones (chestpress) and when I have to carry them back to their rack I'm not exactly mobile c:
