lol i worked on that the other day honestly..only did 315x5(couldn't done maybe a bit more) and it was hard as fuck..normally i could've repped 315 for at least 15+ :/

I squat more atg oly style than I do wrapped up & PL style. :( Trying to fix it, but it feels so unnatural. I mention that for me because I'm trying to get my squat numbers up, and everyone says that's what I got to start doing. I can't seem to selectively use the muscles really when squatting either, it's just "get it up" motion.

teaching muscle activation can be key to progress in a compound lift; you won't teach new activation pathways by continuing with a stale compound - isolation and concentration is needed
