i was doing this before you ever posted this because i actually believed in this shit..i do it a bit more now though, wouldn't really work on it as much..just a minute and mine are pretty good lol..

Not to be rude or anything but the shape of your chest and arms would be completely different if your connection was pretty good.

You'll notice a HUGE difference once one of your muscles "pop".

Eh i really think my biceps have for awhile to be honest. I remember a post wayyyyy back in the day by you something about to peak your biceps and it had to do with mind muscle connection flexing them and making them "pop"
like i can't really describe but i can flex my biceps for about 1 second and like..feel it all the way through, deep down like its cramping up on the spot...anything else i would sit there and have to think about it and flex for a bit :P

You arms have alot more than biceps on them...just sayin'

this makes so much sense it's ridiculous.

The only thing I have a problem with in regards to this is your example with the pec flies. I use my front delts too much.
