Not to be rude or anything but the shape of your chest and arms would be completely different if your connection was pretty good.
You'll notice a HUGE difference once one of your muscles "pop".
Eh i really think my biceps have for awhile to be honest. I remember a post wayyyyy back in the day by you something about to peak your biceps and it had to do with mind muscle connection flexing them and making them "pop"
like i can't really describe but i can flex my biceps for about 1 second and like..feel it all the way through, deep down like its cramping up on the spot...anything else i would sit there and have to think about it and flex for a bit
