and you said still do your normal split with this..is this all you do for that day or would you still do things after..like after the bench do some incline or etc..after the deads still do a normal back workout and after legs etc?
so if that's true you could do this for the major compounds you want to increase then add in extra auxiliary exercises with more volume to induce hypertrophy on top of the strength you're getting?
From what I understand, you are supposed to do the auxilaries as if you would for any other program. So proceed how you normally would for the auxilaries. Not to sure about like front squat and things like that tho.
