Forgot to mention (when different energy system is activated)
Phosphate 0-10sec Lactate 10s-20mins Aerobic +20mins
Or maybe you did. Tl;dr

And in my opinion the food pyramid sucks balls
and the day will change when veggies and fruit will
be the majority proportion of daily intakes

I forgive your negligence towards what I said because I understand that English is not your 1st language but I said I didn't read it, as in I really didn't read any of it and just clicked Add Reply as I scrolled down and saw a wall of text, and proceeded to post a comment about past experience with OP in which I pointed out that ratios are not optimal for calculating body's macro-nutrients and how metabolism isn't influenced by amount of meals per day.

Your past experience with me revolved around 2 posts, which you now confirm by repeating what I have stated numerous times. Perhaps you have failed to understand what I have written.
Allow me to specify your claim:

Guide post #4, Myth Section --> Myth #1 (Even #3 will apply here).
You are confirming my original claims and yet bashing me against them. I fail to understand your logic.

And to support OP point about your credibility of "personal experience". English is my first language, so your "personal experience" seems to be a bit off regarding me and the OP. Suggesting you read everything in life, in full, before making any comments about it.

TL;DR just makes you look ignorant.

E: what are your qualifications to debate OP claims?
