Doubtful, I have uploaded 22 different pictures. And what the hell is "post 1 sentence and 5-10 pics pop up from other users"? We are talking about you, not others.
Pretty sure that dense fibers are just a type of muscle fiber. Sec let me look up my anatomy notes.
I'm not sure to be honest. The only ones I know of are Slow Twitch, Fast Twitch a and Fast Twitch b.
I have also learned that under certain training conditions, Fast Twitch fibers can take on the characteristics of slow twitch fibers and slow twitch fibers can take on fast twitch characteristics in zero gravity conditions of space flight.

Okay, I checked out my notes.
The neural connection is called motor unit recruitment, better brain-to-muscle connection allows a person to use a greater amount of their muscles simultaneously.
And strength is determined by the amount of white muscle (a muscle fiber type) that a person has.
Also, @ Jimmy, the guy probably drinks more milk than you. Without calcium our muscles cannot function at all.
yeah, i mentioned the motor unit recruitment previously
i believe the white muscle fibers are Fast Twitch b..they generally have the greatest output but fatigue the quickest i think
