It's the same basic concept, <30 second rest inbetween each failure set, 3 failure sets with heavy weights, and improving by 2 reps on that weight every week. But I did the split differently because I thought I'd benefit more from it if I got more rest.
Next time I bulk I'm gonna try out the split Dante put together though.
