At least I'm trying to improve my image by posting here for advice instead of flaming/trolling. If you don't have anything to say thats not completely stupid and non helpful, please post somewhere else. Thanks.

im being serious you are not going to gain weight eating like a little girl its simple, lose the fast food and start eating some serious muscle building foods and lift heavy. Also just read that you have a physical job and train mma, you can definitely gain some weight but don't expect to be a big beast unless you are a genetic freak

The way he said it isn't appropriate (your diet being that of a 12 year old girl), but he's somewhat right.

You say you eat alot but I eat more calories than your daily intake in 1 or 2 meals over my 6 meals. Gaining weight is extremely simple, eat more.

Don't throw yourself in burgers and fries, but just get used to eating throughout the day.

There's nothing "optimal". You need to eat more calories in a day than you spend. Finding how many calories you burn when you have a fast metabolism and an active life can be hard. And even if you do, you might find the amount of food you need to eat is ridiculous. So follow my first advice, GET USED TO EATING ALL THE TIME. Because that, itself, takes time. Eat bread, potatoes, meats, vegetables, eggs, alot of all that.

no one is going to lay out a diet plan for you, do some research and figure it out or pay a trainer or www.redpointfitness.com
