fair enough on the opinion. I doubt I'll post a vid of it though. last time I tried to post a video online it failed like 10 times so I just gave up.

well like I said, it was just a pinch test with the calipers. I'm a lot more lean than the picture shows tbh. Like you can see all the fibres of my chest/shoulders if I flex them, same with my back. And you can see my ribs and side ab thingys quite a bit usually. And my legs literally have no fat on them, it's kinda weird. she literally could not do a pinch test on my legs because she simply couldn't grab any shin at all. What she did to compensate was just opened the calipers to what she figured was there for skin I guess and took the reading that way. She opened them to 7.5mm and took the reading there. She was shocked when she tried grabing skin on my leg.
I'd wager money that my BF% is lower than 8-8.5%. 5.7% seems low to me too though.
According to the profile printout of all this crap the chest pinch test measured 4mm, abdomen was 10mm and the thigh was 7.5mm. But again, the leg one was a guess because she actually couldn't do a real reading because she couldn't grab any skin, let alone get the caliper on my leg.

I agree it's not that high of a squat for someone that weighs 200-220+ lbs. But I weigh 167lbs. I'm not a very big guy. I've never seen anyone anywhere near my weight able to squat the weight I can.
