Dont listen to any of these nerds , notice how they dont post their own pics up, they prolly cant get it all on one picture from how big they are. If you can only do 20 minutes then start with that and go doing like 2 or 3 minutes more every day, make sure to stretch before u run

Walking for 30 minutes daily is a great start to a cardio program. Becareful not to over do it when you first start a program, this can lead to injury.
