I know you are doing the most effective lifts for those muscle groups, but does it really keep your muscle growth in proportion, like for instance with your pecs will your inner, upper, lower, and delts all be the same size just doing say bench and incline?
Don't forget we're not talking about pro bodybuilders here, but beginner/amateur/somewhat advanced lifters. Before caring about proportions, you need muscles.
And when doing level 3, you will stay in proportion, yes.
