Burns,
How fast do you feel someone will over train with this program, if at all?
Also, have you ever wrote/tried a lower volume program for strength?

For level 2 yes. You can also cut your hamstring work down to 5 sets and add 10 sets of leg press in if you feel good about it.

With proper nutrition, beginners would start feeling exhausted within 5-6 weeks.

Advanced lifters can last it up to 12 weeks.

And yea I often do lower volume strength/mass training, but 10x10 is my fetish winter training :)

I have always only had one major concern with GVT, and that is the fact that you are only doing a few exercises per muscle group weekly. I know you are doing the most effective lifts for those muscle groups, but does it really keep your muscle growth in proportion, like for instance with your pecs will your inner, upper, lower, and delts all be the same size just doing say bench and incline?

Don't forget we're not talking about pro bodybuilders here, but beginner/amateur/somewhat advanced lifters. Before caring about proportions, you need muscles.

And when doing level 3, you will stay in proportion, yes.

where do you think I would go, Level 2 I am guessing right?

I have been doing my current routine for a few months now, figured it is time to switch it up and always wanted to give gvt a try i just dont want to see my gains go to shit
