he doesn't have a great deal of mass packed onto his body

cutting bodyfat is easy and you can do it in a relatively short amount of time.

no

veins in lower abs is pretty impressive level of leanness
although i'd say an experienced lifter @ ~12% bodyfat can get there in 12-16 weeks or so, healthily.

maintaining that leanness whilst adding str/muscle is a different story though, which i believe he does?

I stay at ~6% cause of modeling/shoots, etc, but still gaining.
I can drop to the 4% in a weeks notice without feeling starved. :)

What I do is a legit 'clean bulk,' where I grow into a weight a little higher than what I'm at.

Also, those pictures were taken in a cold environment, without any sort of getting pumped.. :(

in after resident homoertoic pornstar

staying @ 6% is a bitch... (i was @ that bf for a few weeks after intense summer of cutting)

i feel a lot better at 10-11% and could always cut down whever i want

and you feel cold as shit during the winter months without massive layering
