that's pretty much the range I like to be in, give or take 200 cals.

If you can run HIIT running is better than Bike sprints.
I load with so much cardio and I look for prolonged states of higher heart rate to target fat loss more and because it keeps my metabolism pumping more throughout the day, so I prefer prolonged biking, though I really do just about every form of cardio available.
As for how I'm doing it for 35 minutes, the last 5 is a cool down, but typically I do them from 30-60 minutes depending on how I feel.
I have really strong legs so it doesn't completely burn me out to much.
