This might be a stupid question, but why do you warm up a body part when it's already warm?

feels good to loosen up to that particular range of motion and it's kind of a recharge of the battery a bit because I don't rest between exercises, only between sets.

dunno...makes sense in some weird way.

that's 50 sets of failure + 70sets of moderate weight? or am i reading it wrong...

that's about uh 90+more sets than my legworkout which lasts like 90minutes?? how long does this take you lol

it takes me about 3 hours with the cardio.

i'll try the program , if i fail and faint after the 1st set i will know im no where near as strong as i wanted to be..
