Homemade Chips and Hummus

What you will need
  • oven tray thingy
  • pita bread/wrap or something like that (wholewheat is obv best choice)
  • Olive Oil
  • rosemary, pepper, or whatever spices & seasoning you like
  • hummus

toss a pita or two (however many you can fit on your tray) onto the oven tray, and drizzle a little olive oil on them, dont put on too much. spread it around on the pita until it's lightly covered. flip the pitas over and do the same on the other side, remembering not to use too much olive oil. now cut the pita(s) into pieces (however big you want). sprinkle your seasoning over the pieces of pita bread, then bake them in the oven until they're nice and crispy, and just starting to turn golden-brown. pull em out, let em cool a bit and then dip them in yo hummus. viola

Cookie tray?

Someone should make a list of common kitchenware so people can know what errbody is talking about.

Also, I may try this.

Lean Keto-Friendly Meatloaf
perfect for a keto diet!

What you will need.
  • Oven, 8x8 baking dish/square bread loaf pan
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 large green pepper

Don't like Cottage Cheese?

Well guess what, its about time to. Try this simple technique for a food that tastes almost identical to a rich cheesecake!

mix the following:

1/2-1 cup cottage cheese
1/4-1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1-2 scoops Vanilla whey protein (Casein is better but it wont mix as well.

Try chocolate whey for a choc. icing like substance, it really works with all flavours of whey!

Here is something I like to make when the same
boring old post workout shake get's tiresome.
Something worth enjoying instead of chugging.

Starwberry/Bannanna PWO Smoothie

What you will need.
  • Blender
  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 1 Bannana
  • Handful of sliced strawberries
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 1 teaspoon creatine powder
  • 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
Mix all ingredients in the blender, and use the puree setting.
Don't overdo it though, you just want a nice smooth texture,
not complete liquidity.

*Variation: If you have vanilla whey protein, swap out the
          strawberries with peaches.*
