And pinti, you may be right, I was just taking a rough estimate. The egg looking bf machine we have here doesn't work right for me. Thinks I have only 140 lbs. of lean mass for some reason 2 years in a row. The pincher test I took last week has been around 18% but I have been losing weight pretty quick since I stopped eating past 8pm and stopped eating shitty foods in general... and unfortunately drinking I have stopped for the most part.
