If you want to be malnourished, it's a good option... but I am not restricting myself from any meal

I just try to eat healthy

ive heard jogging has a poor effect on the knees in a long term scenario
imagine walking is pretty solid though
gunna second the water option too, there was a time awhile back i decided to only drink water, coffee and tea

intermittent fasting + keto(lean protein only while the body depletes fat reserves) + calorie deficit of 750 + daily multi vitamin

this combo will have you lean asf

for me i lose around 20 pounds a month on it

only takes 2 months from winter to summer to get the 6 pack back

for muscle growth and conversion no calorie deficit

I think your advice is spot-on but losing 20 lbs a month is too much/too drastic. I think you are only supposed to lose 1 kg, which is about 2.2 lbs, a week or so, so that's about 9 kg (or so) a month, at the most.

Personally I find going (almost) vegetarian helps quite a bit, too. Although you will need to watch your intake of major nutrients such as vitamin, especially vitamins that can only be found in animal products. When I was going almost full vegetarian, I found that the pounds melted off fast, but I also got cold extremities, plus I bruised very easily. There was this one time when I literally was feeling light-headed and very unwell and had to rush to the nearest meat-shack to get some serious red meat/protein.
