During its just a battle with your brain. You can always do more body weight movements or more kettlebell movements if the time limit is 60 minutes. Its just conquering your brain that's nagging at you to stop and telling you that's oh thats good enough for today. But you feel decent after.
All those years of pretty unilateral movements only, squat, bench, dead, ohp has what I thought taken its toll on my body. Turns out I just needed to move a lot more in different planes of motion and get the heart and lungs racing.
I feel way better now. I always looked the part, but I never felt actually athletic just doing heavy lifting all the time.
Yeah jr just sounds terrible because I’m so unfit from not doing any cardio, just lifting. I know if I found something I enjoyed I’d be good at it.

running made a massive impact on my physique and cardio.
can't stress it enough.
if you're running properly it should be fairly low impact anyways.
I Started running when COVID hit. My knees swelled up and were painful for the first week or so. I continued for a few months and was running 10-15km non stop pretty easily. The only issue was I dropped 15kg super quick from not being able to weight train and felt scrawny as fuck. I definitely felt good when after a running session though!
Hope you’ve been well mate!
