Finding a good balance is key. A little exercise and some daily walks can be helpful for your health. It's great that you've got a routine you enjoy. Just listen to your body and adjust as needed!

She is right from a womens point of view though.
She's not wrong lol women tend to just walk around gathering things. They still do that today.
I think we're all assuming that she should workout like us men do. For example, she probably can't carry 40-80lbs. She would need to ask her husband.
So that makes sense if she goes out on walks and doesn't require any type of training.
If you look at all these women in the past. They tend to just do simple things and sit around all day.
This is why women live longer than men on average so she's right
