i just bought that , is it a good protein supplement ? or no ?

im not very good with supplements o-o

if you could tell me what makes a protein supplement bad or good , that would be insane

thanks

~CoBm

hell no, 2lbs for 35$ is way too much, and it only has 80 calories/16g of protein

look up Optimum nutrition whey, or trueprotein.com imo you can get 5lbs+ for a cheaper price than that and much better quality

you arent aiming for a lot of protein just enough nn 60g servings
what you want to look at really is price per serving, lots of brands rip you off with only ofering like 35 servings and you pay 30-40$ where you can buy ON and many other brands for 35$-40$ and they have 70-80 servings
And make sure you get one that is a whey concentrate or whey isolate or whey blend do not get gimmick protein powders that have weird crap in it as well, which the one you posted looks like one of those
I am not a why expert I just stick with brands I have heard are good never really felt the need to research whey that much

is it normal to not wake up with morning wood EVER?

Hello, I got a quick question, I was working out about a week ago, doing cruels ( 65lbs ) With bar, and as I was doing my last set I must of turned my wrist wrong or something because somewhere in my behind forearm hurts, the next day I try to cruel and I get pain in this area, like perhaps a tendon pulled or something?

Would like to know if I should see a doctor, give working out a rest, or downgrade weight.

More discription- if I turn my arm I feel pain in my forearm, basically if I do anyhting with my left arm, pick up something, twist my arm I get pains.

Sorry I ment every other day,

Also it did not start hurting to I accidently bent my wrist a little and now the other side of my forearm has pains when I try to lift anyhting, or twist my arm, could it be a sore tendon or muscle? What should I do to make it better besides see a doctor.
