W: Traps, forearms, abs, cardio
Th: Shoulders, calves, abs
F: Arms, abs, cardio
S: Cheat meal + boxing
S: Rest
Dat's alot of abs man. You still doing weighted decline situps and manly ab exercises like that?
Also, any deadlifts?
