Dat's alot of abs man. You still doing weighted decline situps and manly ab exercises like that?

only mildly heavy deadlifts with a form that targets the lower back and at the end of a workout. Days have changed, I don't need to lift cars anymore lol

And yea it's a lot of ab work because I needed to get back into it since I got pretty fat. It's probably gonna change to weighted abs 2-3 times a week soon.
