Yeah but since I fucked my wrist up mid september (going back to doctors this week to x-ray again) my OL progress has decreased alot (can't even snatch anymore). I think I've F.squatted twice during RSR now and not even heavy then, doing like 110x3 or something.
I did 130 with like 10kg marginal early december.

Hmm oddly enough your back and front squat numbers are pretty similar. I guess that doing a somewhat narrow stance with those oly shoes makes your back squat engage a lot of quads, and thence makes it similar to a FSQ. My front is a joke in comparison to my back squat :lol:

Looks like you respond to volume decently. 2 sets of 2 with your 1RM 6 weeks back is not bad dan man.

I had a period when I pretty much only frontsquatted, my backsquat was like 5kg higher then my f.squat at that point :)

Yeah I think it's alot thanks to following a program, I force myself do finish it despite what.
