i was into triathlons for a while and it was like 3 hours of shit a day. my mind just broke and i can't do shit any more.
my workouts are pretty much 1 bodypart once in a while. might do 3-5 sets bb shrugs, 3 sets side db raises, 100x pullup, weighted pull down, 2x50 pushups
that's odd u can tell if it is genetics or hard work
oh by the way my results are with high reps. my joints are all fucked and i can't go heavy. shrugs is always x # sets x 50reps 135
10lb dumbbells side raises x 50 reps
etc
i do pulldown 180-185 for 5-6 reps w.o momentum. not sure if that's even good for my weight. can do 25 pullup
no dl, squat, bench
i can do the human flag and am pretty gg rock climber. you could say i'm not absolutely strong but relatively i am definitely. before i messed my rotator cuffs up i was benching 240x5 @ 165 but i don't hit chest any more other than the 2x 50push ups once a week ish
so u dont even lift
