Yep I am eating everything. I'm traveling every day for my job and can't bring a lunch so I eat like shit but I always make sure I eat enough. Being on test makes me hungry as fuck. Cutting is easy for me tho but honestly my strength is retarded right now so I'm not minding.

That pic was right after I hit 80lb seated OHP 6x for a PR last night. Can prolly hit 100s 1x if my gym had them

that is light weight, slow down the bulk unless you don't care about being 40% bodyfat

Lightweight is relative

Figured I'd edit but a 200lb seated OHP is pretty respectable IMHO. What do you press with Dumbbells?
