Grip and bit of psychology.
150kg 2x2, I actually told a friend to view my knees from the front, and he said they went in but they were in line with my feet so it's not that much to worry about(will fix it after RSR though) thankfully. Thanks for pointing that out!

you'll make more gains on your squat with my training. don't squat for months -> make them prs

I plateaued so damn hard on my squats it's not even funny.

Will prolly take some weeks now to get my frontsquat up to 300+ lbs ''again'' then do a round of Smolov perhaps.

Well actually his squat is shooting lol I remember just a few months ago he was squatting like120 KGS (265 for the ameribras <3 ).

Don't you front squat John? Seeing you're into Olympic weightlifting I though that you'd front squat more.
