nah i don't want to be any bigger
I'm 174lbs (79kgs), had a reasonable amount of belly fat and wanted to get rid of it, still working on it.
Already feeling big, the less is better for me. I dont build muscles just trying not to lose it. Want to be athletic not bulked.

if those are all regulation barbells, i highly approve..and am impressed (270lbs like that can't be easy to balance or be comfortable at all lol)

It was 1 or 2 womens bars, that squat was actually the heaviest one (due to rehabing knee) I've done for like 2 months...

No idea actually, some issues with vastus medialis. Started acting up during a light trainingperiod aswell...

Ah. I have a meniscus clipping this Thursday. Had it repaired along with my acl in March 2014 but my meniscus repair failed. So that's been enjoyable for the last 2 years. Hope yours is quick.
