haha good point. Hey Aube, are you doing a specific routine or what? I've never really training for powerlifting, so I'm fairly new to all this.
I was on a routine I had made for me and the 2 lifters I coach but my injured body couldn't keep up with the frequency. I reduced squat frequency to 3 times/2weeks and dead to 1/week with 72 hours between each days. Looks like it's holding up pretty well.
I'm having Light/Medium/heavy days which I rotate. (60-70%/75-80%/85-90%) nothing complicated compared to the prog my novice is about to complete.
