back, chest, bicep, tricep day all hit forearms for me, handing leg raises hurt tire them out as well

calves not hit as often in an indirect manner

only bicep makes me feel forearms indirectly (very little though) I always have to isolate to get them pumped, as for chest and tris i dont grip anything im pressing, thumbs up :o.

I add hammer curls at the absolute end of my biceps routine and in between do some cable curls. Hold them at 90 degrees to tire forearms out. Most back exercises really focus on forearms as well.

I think forearms cannot be in the same category as calves. Calves I train separately on leg day.

yup, on my 2nd cycle, about to hit the one year of blast and cruise
tren really is the nectar of the gods.
BTW for new guys on here I was already 225lbs at 6 ft around 12-14% bf repping 3 plates bench 4 plates squat 10 years into lifting before I got on juice, so it wasn't a quick fix to gains for me, it was more of I am at the point of taking it to the next level or not and im actually trying to compete with it and make something of it in about a year
