Well it's like 99% food and 1% training for that :)
I know but I've been "cutting" (quotation marks used because of how losely I diet and how frequently I eat unhealthy foods) for well over a year and I'm constantly losing weight, as evidence by numbers on the scale as well as visual appearance.
I'm more vascular than I've ever been in my life (some of my gym mates even say its quite disgusting - lol
) and people even comment that my face is thinner, waist size gone from 36" --> 32" but still have a bit of belly fat.
One of my best friends who's background is from tricking/gymnastics has similar body fat % as me (around 10%) but I have way more quad seperations, striations, vascularity etc BUT he's got three-dimensional abs (they really stick out.. i.e. sixpack regardless of lighting or posture) and completely flat around/under the belly button area.
I need decent lighting and/or a decent pose to get my abs out
Genetics I know... I still wish spot-fat-removal was a real thing though. I don't need more vascularity or any less fat around face/leg area.. :L
