Thanks man, I've been wondering the same thing. I was 210 lbs last summer and have been "cutting" ever since. When I say cutting, I mean eating a healthy diet with ~ 500kcal deficit for 5 days a week and then another 2 days were I eat shit food like candy, burgers, kebabs, etc BUT still keep calories relatively low (typical week)

I'm dropping lbs almost by the week yet I don't feel like my arms, chest, lats or anything are smaller, just my waist.


tl;dr I feel as big now (180lbs) as I did when I was 210lbs lmao

then again I used to feel like I was "small" for being 210lbs, now I feel like I'm big for being 180lbs. I suppose the latter is a better feeling
