Not lifted in over a year, been doing thai boxing so still remain in some form of shape.
Did get a bit chunky, having a girlfriend and full time job makes me want to just fuck and eat.
Going to slowly cut a few pounds to get my abs looking nice for summer.

Hard nips, don't care.
